1) Defining of iSupport service: is an intangible product provided by iSmartStation Support Team. The ownership of the service is not transferred or resold. We are offering two support services; you can subscribe to it according to the conditions mentioned below.

2) The service: the word Service means the support service provided by iSmartStation and its a premium (paid) service you can subscribe to it according to the conditions mentioned below.

3) General terms of service:

  • Our support Service is offered through two different subscriptions depending on your needs: iSupport (iS) and iSupport Plus (iS+).
  • To satisfy full features of the service, you must subscribe in the service before the purchase transaction is completed.
  • You can login and check your subscription any time through My Account -> My Subscription.
  • This service does not apply to WinRAR. WinRAR Company already offers a warranty service for its products that you can subscribe to it. It is called WinRAR Annual Maintenance Package (WAMP)
  • This service does not apply to Business Products as they have special support.
  • This service does not apply on MAC users.

iSupport Service;

Terms and Conditions of iSupport Service:

Duration of subscription: 7 non-renewable days include the following services:

1. Installation of Software License;

1.1. We offers you a software license installation service on your PC or laptop.

1.2. We will contact you to determine an appropriate time to install the software license.

1.3. This service is valid for installing one product license only for one time.

2. iWarranty; 7-Day Warranty Software License:

2.1. iWarranty provided by iSmartStation; a warranty service for software licenses, because of the special nature of the software products and can’t be resold if it is sent to the customer. iWarranty, guarantees that the license of the software is original and works without any problems and ensure that updates and any other feature provided with the license worked properly. If otherwise, you will be refunded with the full amount of the payment or you can request another copy without any other fees. Please read the following terms carefully.

2.2. This service starts from the day of installing the license by our support team for Seven Days.

2.3. The warranty service and its conditions apply only to one software license.

2.4. You can not renew the subscription to this service.

2.5. This service will not be valid if you installed the license by your self.

2.6. This service will not be valid in case of your purchase transaction is completed and you have received the product license key.

2.7. This service is valid in case of your purchase transaction is not completed, your transaction is on hold or in process.


Note that: iSupport service applies to all software products offered by iSmartStation except WinRAR & Business software products.


iSupport Plus (iS+) Service;

Terms and Conditions of iSupport Plus (iS+) Service:

General Terms:

  • Duration of subscription is for 3 months.
  • All services will be activated when the licenses of the purchased software are installed by our support agent.
  • After activating the service you will receive an email with the details.

1. Installation of any License;

1.1. We offers you a software license installation service on your PC or laptop.

1.2. We will contact you to determine an appropriate time to install the software license.

1.3. This service is valid for installing one product license only for one time.

2. iWarranty; 3 months Warranty Software License:2.1. iWarranty provided by iSmartStation; a warranty service for software licenses, because of the special nature of the software products and can’t be resold if it is sent to the customer. iWarranty, guarantees that the license of the software is original and works without any problems and ensure that updates and any other feature provided with the license worked properly. 2.5. This service will not be valid in case of your purchase transaction is completed and you have received the product license key.

2.6. This service is valid in case of your purchase transaction is not completed, your transaction is on hold or in process.

3. iLost; Lost Product Key Support;

3.1. iLost Service provided by iSmartStation,We are saving your product license key in our records in case of loss.

3.2. We have the full responsibility to keep your data safe and secure from stealing, hacking or any other way not mentioned in this statement and affecting the security of your data.

3.3. You can submit your request to the premium support e-mail with the secret code (you have received from us) or fill the form in My Account -> iSupport Plus -> iLost.

3.4. We will send the lost license key by email within 24 hours from sending your request. All emails are secured by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. The customer is responsible for keeping this data so that it is not misused.

3.5. You may request a printed copy of the license/licenses and we will send it by mail courier at a cost of EGP20.00, the price for international services varies according to the tariff at the time of request.

3.6. You have the full responsibility to keep this email safe and secure from misuse, stealing, hacking or any other way not mentioned in this statement and affecting the security of your data.

4. iMail; Premium support e-mail:

4.1. iMail Service, a private premium support e-mail is designed specially to give you a quick and fast support.

4.2. You will receive an e-mail with the premium email address.

4.3. E-mail messages are answered within 3 hours up to a maximum of 12 hours.

4.4. You may receive an e-mail message survey to assess the quality of service.

5. Special 10% discount coupon for all software license;

5.1. We are offering a special gift 10% discount code to purchase any software product from our store. Terms and conditions apply

5.2. The discount code connected with your account and cannot be used by any other customer.

5.3. The discount code will be sent to your e-mail and must be used within six months from the date of receipt.

5.4. The discount code is valid for only one software product purchase for only one time.
